YanaTech / Privacy

Privacy policy.

What information YanaTech handles, why it is needed, and the choices you have when browsing our website or using wallet-connected receiving accounts.

01. About this policy

This policy covers the YanaTech website at yanatech.online, product-update subscriptions, support enquiries, and information handled through our account workspace. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to YanaTech.

Wallet connection, customer login, and new registration are temporarily closed while we prepare to launch. You can still browse the website, request product updates, or contact support. The account-related sections below describe the service when access is enabled and any existing account records we hold.

Bridge and the wallet services you choose handle information under their own privacy notices. This policy describes YanaTech’s handling of information; it does not replace those notices.

02. Information we handle

  • Product updates: your email address, subscription source, and subscription date. Our subscription endpoint also records your IP address and browser user-agent when supplied by the hosting infrastructure.
  • Account setup: the legal name, email address, individual or business account type, and invitation code you submit, together with your public wallet address, wallet connector, and network information.
  • Provider information: customer and verification identifiers, terms-acceptance and verification status, profile information, outstanding requirements, and account-eligibility information returned by Bridge.
  • Receiving accounts and payments: account identifiers, bank instructions returned by the provider, currency, account labels and status, settlement address, payment amounts, fees, payment references, sender information where supplied, receipts, and blockchain transaction references.
  • Support and operations: the messages and attachments you choose to send, and service logs that can include request details, errors, and account-related provider responses.

Identity documents and other verification evidence requested in the hosted verification flow are submitted to Bridge and its verification partners. YanaTech handles the profile, status, and other information those services make available through the integration. See our KYC and account verification policy for how this fits into setup.

03. How information is used

We use account information to link the workspace to your wallet, check for an existing account, start verification, show outstanding setup steps, and request the receiving accounts you confirm. We use account and payment records to display receiving instructions, activity, labels, account status, and settlement information.

Subscription information is used to manage your request for YanaTech product updates. Support correspondence and operational records help us answer enquiries, investigate errors, maintain the service, and address suspected misuse or account issues.

You do not need to subscribe to updates to browse the website. Information required for verification or payment processing is different: if it is not supplied or cannot be verified, the provider may be unable to offer the requested account service.

04. Services and sharing

Bridge receives the information needed to start verification and manage receiving accounts and payments, including your submitted name, email, account type, and settlement address as relevant. Bridge returns account, profile, verification, and activity information so YanaTech can provide the workspace. Its applicable terms and privacy notice depend on your residence; review Bridge’s official legal overview.

Wallet applications, WalletConnect, blockchain RPC services, and other selected connectors handle the connection or network requests needed for wallet features. Hosting, database, and email infrastructure handle information needed to run the website, store service records, or receive support correspondence. These services may process information in countries other than your own; this policy does not promise storage in a particular country.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or where necessary to investigate fraud, protect the service, or resolve a dispute. A provider’s own use, disclosures, and retention of information are governed by its privacy notice and applicable obligations.

05. Cookies and browser storage

Wallet features use local browser storage to remember the connected wallet, public address, selected network, and connection state. Setup also stores your receiving-currency choice so you can resume it. Wallet connector software can keep its own connection and session records on your device.

The separate operator login uses an authentication cookie to keep an authorized operator signed in. This is not a customer marketing cookie. The wallet modal’s optional analytics feature is disabled in YanaTech’s configuration; connection services still process the technical information necessary to operate their services.

You can remove stored website data through your browser settings and disconnect sessions in your wallet. Doing so may reset your connection or setup preferences. It does not delete YanaTech’s or a provider’s server-side records.

06. Keeping your information

Account, payment, subscription, and support records are kept in the application’s database, service infrastructure, or relevant communication systems. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, ongoing account services, unresolved enquiries or disputes, and applicable legal or provider requirements. There is no single retention period for all of these records.

Disconnecting a wallet, clearing browser storage, or deactivating a receiving account does not automatically erase historical records. Contact support to request deletion or ask about a specific record. A request to YanaTech does not itself delete records independently held by Bridge or another provider.

07. Wallet and data safety

Wallet connection shares a public address and connection information; it does not require you to give YanaTech your private key or recovery phrase. Never send either to support. Submit verification evidence through the provider’s verification flow, rather than ordinary email.

Public blockchain addresses and transactions can be viewed and linked by others. Information recorded on a public blockchain generally cannot be removed by YanaTech. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information associated with your account has been exposed or misused.

08. Your choices and requests

To stop product updates, correct subscription details, or ask about information held by YanaTech, email support@yanatech.online. Include the email address associated with your request and a short description. Do not include sensitive identity evidence unless we direct you to an appropriate verification channel.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also be able to raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and consider retention obligations or other legal limits before fulfilling a request.

If your request concerns information held independently by a service provider, use the contact process in its privacy notice. YanaTech support can help identify whether an issue relates to our workspace or the provider’s service.

09. Contact and updates

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@yanatech.online. Please use “Privacy request” in the subject so we can identify the nature of your enquiry.

We will revise this page when our information handling or services change and update the date at the top. Check the current policy before supplying information or enabling a new account service.
